Patient Update – COVID-19

Notice to our patients/clients

Due to the COVID-19 virus situation, our practice has made several changes regarding our office policies and procedures:

 There may be some temporary delays in appointment waiting times, as we are trying to minimize the number of patients/clients in the waiting area.
 We have temporarily removed all magazines and brochures from the waiting room.
 All surfaces regularly touched (such as door handles, light switches, pens, and solid surfaces) will be disinfected hourly and/or between uses.
 Please note that you may be asked several times about any symptoms you may be experiencing (fever, cough, aches, shortness of breath, etc.), if you have had any close contact with others with these symptoms, and any travel by you or close friends & family.
 If you are experiencing any of the above symptoms, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.
 We want to assure you that all of our staff has been thoroughly briefed on the CDC recommended policies, such as frequent hand-washing, use of protective gloves, social distancing, and self-quarantine if there is a possibility of exposure.
 We have suspended new consults for the next three weeks.
