COVID-19 Update

A letter to my patients,

As of tomorrow (3/25/20), in accordance with the Wisconsin Governor’s order, and for the safety of my patients and staff, I am temporarily suspending operation of my practice. I will continue to care for patients who have recently undergone surgery to monitor their post-operative progress, but I will not be seeing new patients (in person), nor scheduling any additional surgeries for now. Surgeries which have been scheduled will be rescheduled or cancelled at the patient’s choice. Patients wishing to simply cancel their surgeries will have all fees refunded. Hopefully, the situation will have stabilized and we will be able to resume operations towards the end of April, but obviously this is a tentative schedule.

In the meantime, I will be setting up a virtual consultation system for patients wishing to see and speak with me over the internet. The mechanism for this will be forthcoming in the next week or so. We will post this information on the website when it is available. However, as always folks can always call the office (or my cell phone) and speak with me directly if they have a question or a problem.

This is a difficult time for us all, but if everyone pulls together we should be able to “ride it out”, decrease the severity and shorten the duration of the pandemic.
