When it comes to cosmetic surgery, the facility the surgeon uses and the staff that works with him can be as important as surgical experience.  Rather than practice in a large impersonal clinic, Dr. Bartell prefers to work in his private Madison Westside offices, complete with a fully accredited surgical suite.  Accreditation is not required of any surgical center, but does ensure maximum patient safety and comfort.
