You may be surprised to know that when surgical procedures are performed at hospitals, it’s the hospital that assigns the surgical support team. Surgeons typically don’t know with whom they will be working until the day of the operation.

Because Dr. Bartell is an independent practitioner using his own in-house surgical facility, he has selected his team from among the best, most qualified local medical professionals.

"One of the best parts of my practice is the opportunity to work with my handpicked team," Dr. Bartell said. "We have worked together for many years. They’re technically the very best and they're also extremely caring people who take excellent care of my patients. It's very common for patients to compliment the team when they come back for the postoperative visit."
